Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds for self-paced online courses are only applicable within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that no more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

2. Live Online Classes & Batches

For live instructor-led sessions, refund requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date of the batch. Once a live batch has commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be entertained.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-refundable: registration/admission fees, administrative charges, costs of physical course materials or kits already dispatched, and any certificates already issued.

4. Technical Requirements

It is the student's responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum technical requirements (internet speed, hardware, software) before enrolling. Refunds will not be granted for technical issues arising from the user's end.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team with your order details and a valid reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
